Our pre-development plan included the petitioning for rezoning and subdivision into eight 2.5 acre lots. Each lot housed a beautifully designed desert oasis for a serene retreat from the big city of Los Angeles to recharge with friends and family. Each micro ranch property included a 3500sq. ft. minimal luxury layout, including a beautiful in ground pool nestled in the center of the home to create a most tranquil outdoor atrium, taking in the magical expansive star-filled dessert sky.
This location is within 10 minutes from the from ‘Joshua Tree National Park.’
